"Dirty Nacho's"
Nachos with a delicious twist
Ingredients:
- nacho's
- red onion
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 100gr cherry tomatoes
-250gr minced meat
- greated cheese
-pepper and salt
- Camp's pickled red cabbage
- Camp's Picklessauce
-Madmax Jalapenos (made by Camp's)
- Madmax Original of Mild spicy olive oil
Preparation:
1) Cut the onion and the tomatoes
2) Fry the onion together with the minced meat, add some Madmax olive oil for a spicy touch
3) Place the nachos in an oven dish, spreading the cooked minced meat and the sliced cherry tomatoes over the top
4) Sprinkle the whole with grated cheese
5) place the dish in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°, you can then turn on the grill for a few more minutes for the cheese crust.
6) remove the dish from the oven, and add the red cabbage and jalapeños to taste.
7) finish the dish with the pickle sauce and the spring onion.
