Mediterranean meatballs with mango pickles

Ingredients:


- 300gr gemengd gehakt

- 1 ei

- 1 kleine witte uit, fijngesnipperd

- koriander

- eetlepel Camp's zuivere mosterd

- Kruiden naar wens (snuifje paprikapoeder, snuifje komijn, peper, zout...)

- broodkruimels

- zure room of yoghurt


Do you want some extra kick? Add some Madmax premium spicy olive oil to the meatballs.


Preparation:


1) Mix the minced meat with the chopped onion, the pure mustard, the coriander, herbs, and breadcrumbs.

2) make small balls and fry them in a pan

3) For the dip, mix the sour cream & tangy pickles. Finish off with some coriander.
